Learn
more about Rwanda:
Choices:
on the way to peace
This DVD is a 3 part study - workshop resource on the themes
of forgiveness, healing and peace building. "A wise,
accessible and practical guide that is deeply grounded in
scripture and road tested at the extremeities of human experience,
among the survivors of genocide. They show us that forgiveness
maybe hard work, but it is never too hard where it locks into
divine power." Cost is $25.
The
Men who Killed Me
Fifteen years after the Rwandan genocide, The Men Who Killed
Me features testimonials from seventeen survivors. Through
their narratives and portraits, sixteen women and one man
bear witness to the crimes committed against hundreds of thousands
of others. Proceeds from this book will go to Mukomeze, a
charitable organization established
to improve the lives of girls and women who survived sexual
violence in the Rwandan genocide. For more

Beauty
from Ashes
The author of this book, Callum Henderson of Comfort
Rwanda outlines the background to the genocide and the
church in Rwanda. He then takes the reader through the horror
and hope of 1994 and the subsequent years of recovery.
The stories
are intensely personal and deeply moving and give an insight,
through the lives of those who lived through the genocide,
of what life then and now is really like and the difference
God is making to survivors. Email us if you want a copy. Cost
is $20, which supports the work.
